Cath Keers was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Telefónica Europe plc Board on 1 February 2008.  Prior to this, Ms. Keers held the position of Customer Director at Telefónica O2 UK Limited.

Ms. Keers also serves as a member of the Board of Tesco Mobile and Children's Mutual.
