O2 launches initiatives to make its business more accessible

O2 leaflet - Choosing a mobile phone - A guide for people with disabilitiesO2 in the UK has launched a new customer leaflet designed to help people with disabilities choose a mobile phone and use O2’s products and services.

The guide details specific tips about what to look out for if you have a particular disability and is split into easy-to-read sections. Along with general advice about phone features, it also highlights useful services that O2 offers to make sure you can get the most out of your phone.

The guide, available in large print, audio or Braille, is available to download or you can order a printed copy by emailing cr@o2.com

There’s also a special online section at www.o2.co.uk/accessforall containing lots of useful advice and information for people with disabilities.

If you need help trying to make a choice from the range of mobile phones we offer, we also now highlight accessible phone recommendations in our monthly retail magazine - pick one up in any O2 shop or go online.
